Consult Online

Va oferim posibilitatea Consultului Online la Dentist printr-o platforma Video ( Whatsup, Zoom etc) sau doar Audio, in functie de preferinta dvs.

  • DURATA consultului online este de 20 min.
  • TARIFUL consultului online este de 150 lei.

Veti beneficia de un diagnostic orientativ, veti afla posibilitatile de tratament si pretul acestuia.

Pasii necesari de urmat:

    1. Trimiteti un mail la frunzamc@gmail.com sau un mesaj la 0735559584 cu intentia dvs.
    2. Specificati pe scurt problema dvs. Atasati o radiografie dentara daca aveti sau poze cu dintii, lucrarea dvs. Pozele trebuie facute de preferat cu blitz.
    3. Mentionati zilele si intervalul orar cand ati dori sa fiti contactat.
    4. Lasati numele dvs, adresa (necesare pentru factura) si un numar de telefon.
    5. Veti fi contactat in prealabil pentru a stabili ziua si ora consultului online.
    6. Faceti o lista cu intrebarile pe care le aveti, ca sa va fie usor in timpul consultului.
    7. Achitati tariful consultatiei inainte de ziua / ora stabilita prin transfer bancar si eventual trimiteti dovada platii.
